The 7000 Series P3 SL filter is used for protection against dust and toxic particulates according to the EN 143:2000, class 3 standard: high filter efficiency (99.95%).
This filter is used in pairs, with a Sperian brand 7000 Series half-mask.
The half-mask and two P3 filters set must be used only when the particulate concentration meets the standards for the type of filter used, i.e. when it is below 50 x TLV.
TLV= TWA for 8 hours of work or STEL for 15 minutes of work(cf. INRS document ed. 780 "Respiratory protection devices").
NOTE: The maximum concentration value is given for a P3 Sperian filter certified for solid and liquid particulates.


They can only be used in sufficiently ventilated premises where the atmosphere contains a minimum oxygen volume of 17 %.


CHARACTERISTICS :

TESTS : 
     * Paraffin oil for liquid particulates
     * Sodium chloride for solid particulates
- The tested air flow is 95 litres per minute
- The aerosol penetration for the test must be less than:
     *0.05% for sodium chloride
     *0.05% for paraffin oil
- Removable particulate filter
- Breathing resistance less than: 1.2 mbar at 30l/min.4.2 mbar at 95l/min.
